You have the right to return all items sold by Anime&Manga Shop within 10 days from the delivery of them.

Please send us an e-mail at orders@animemangashop.net within 48 hours from the delivery of the goods mentioning your order number and the reason why you want to return the goods.

You have the right to return:

• Defective or damaged items

• Wrong items which have been delivered by mistake (we cannot accept the return of any goods if the package has been opened)

Anime&Manga Shop will refund the original cost of the goods (except the shipping charges).

Moreover the shipping charges for all returned items are at the customer's expense.
